1. Guarantee Duration
Labor: We provide a 90-day guarantee on labor starting from the date of service completion.
Parts: We provide a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee on all new parts supplied and installed by our certified technicians.
2. What is Covered
Our guarantee covers failures resulting from:
Faulty Workmanship: Any issue directly caused by an error in the service or installation provided by a Hub Key Services technician.
Defective Parts: Malfunctions resulting from a defect in the new parts supplied and installed by Hub Key Services.
3. What is Excluded
The guarantee does not cover issues resulting from:
Customer Damage or Misuse: Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect by the customer or a third party.
Normal Wear and Tear: Routine maintenance or issues that arise from the natural aging or use of a product (e.g., cosmetic fading, standard battery depletion).
Third-Party Repairs: Any repair, adjustment, or modification attempted by a person or company other than Hub Key Services.
Specific Exclusions: Batteries in key fobs are typically excluded from the 1-year parts warranty, unless otherwise specified on your invoice.
4. How to File a Claim
If you experience an issue covered under this policy, please follow these steps:

Provide Information: You must provide your original invoice number and a clear description of the issue.
Service Visit: A technician will schedule a visit to inspect the issue. If the issue is covered under this warranty, the necessary repairs or replacements will be completed at no charge to you.
